Brian T. Abrams, Managing Director—Mr. Abrams has experience in entrepreneurship, dealmaking, and private equity. He was previously Founder and CEO of G2 Analytics, a market research firm with operations in the US and India. Prior to forming G2, Mr. Abrams served as Chief Operating Officer at 9th Floor Media, a holding company for ventures in film and television production. Previously, he worked at private equity firm Bard & Company as Assistant-to-the-Chairman for Richard Bard, who also served at that time as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board of Kansas City. Mr. Abrams’ career began at Level 3 Communications, where he worked on acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. He received his degree from Harvard.

Raymond M. Tonsing, Managing Director—Mr. Tonsing has experience in entrepreneurship, dealmaking, and strategic partnership development. He is also Founder and Chairman of Tonsing Properties, an international real estate development firm. Previously, he was Founder and Partner at WorldGroup Advisory, a leading brand communications and public relations firm. In addition, he has worked and consulted for two of the world’s largest energy information companies, Rigzone.com and EnergyCentral.com. Mr. Tonsing is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in many successful businesses ranging from real estate development to technology to natural gas ventures throughout Russia, Qatar and the US. Mr. Tonsing received his degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Gandharv Vasudev, Managing Director (India)—Mr. Vasudev has experience in capital markets and dealmaking.  Most recently, he has served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at a public equities hedge fund where he generated exceptional returns.  In addition, he remains a partner and co-founder at Perspective Consulting Inc., a firm focused on leadership training and best practices. Previously, he did a brief stint at the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), where he worked in the Economics Cell, and earlier served as an equity research analyst with a focus on the financial services sector and macroeconomic analysis.  Throughout his career, he has advised various companies, private equity firms and asset management funds on investments in India.  Mr. Vasudev holds a degree in Economics and is a PG in Management with a concentration in Finance.
